of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form or submit your withdrawal directly through our online Electronic Withdrawal Form (§ 356a BGB), but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. Returns must be sent to:
KALBO • Sascha Thon, Hohenfelder Allee 3, 22087 Hamburg, Germany.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
