The eight-rayed golden sun and three stars are the sacred symbols of the Philippine flag. The 8 rays commemorate the 8 founding provinces that first revolted against colonial rule, while the 3 stars represent the principal island regions: Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. We stitch this emblem in 50,000+ high-density metallic gold threads as an emblem of enduring dignity and courage.

KALBO hoodies feature an authentic modern streetwear fit with a subtle drop-shoulder silhouette and roomy chest boxiness. If you prefer a tailored, snug body fit, select one size down from your usual size. For the intended relaxed, effortless streetwear aesthetic, choose your standard size.

GSM stands for Grams per Square Meter. Standard mass-market hoodies are usually 240–300 GSM. KALBO uses custom-milled 400 GSM heavy-knit organic cotton blended with recycled polyester for extraordinary structural drape, natural wind resistance, and enduring shape retention that will not deform or thin out across years of wear.

To maintain the metallic luster of the golden embroidery and preserve the plush fleece softness: machine wash inside-out in cold water (max 30°C / 85°F) on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Do not bleach. Hang dry in shade; avoid high-temperature machine drying. If ironing, iron on the reverse side on low heat.

We partner with Printful to produce each garment individually on-demand once you place your order. This eliminates mass fashion overproduction, reduces warehouse carbon footprint, and ensures each hoodie is freshly stitched and meticulously quality-inspected before dispatch.

Custom embroidery and precision sewing take 2 to 5 business days to craft. Once your hoodie passes quality inspection, it is packaged and immediately handed over to DHL, FedEx, or regional postal carriers with full tracking.

Orders are routed intelligently to the closest regional fulfillment facility to your delivery address: Latvia and Spain for the European Union; Wolverhampton for the United Kingdom; Charlotte & Dallas for North America; and regional partners across Asia-Pacific.

We offer Free Standard Tracked Shipping on all orders of $100 / €90 and above. For orders below $100, flat-rate shipping is calculated transparently during checkout based on delivery destination (approx. €4.99 within Germany / EU, and $7.99 for international shipping).

Orders delivered within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States ship from domestic fulfillment facilities and will never incur unexpected customs or duty charges. For shipments to the Philippines and other international destinations, local customs policies apply.

Because our production is automated with Printful POD, we offer a 2-hour grace window after order placement to modify sizing, shipping address, or request a cancellation. Please email order@wnarkalbo.com immediately with your Order ID.

We stand 100% behind our craftsmanship. If your garment arrives with any stitching irregularity, fabric fault, misprinted emblem, or package damage during transit, we issue an immediate free replacement reprint or a 100% full refund. Simply send a photo of the defect to order@wnarkalbo.com within 30 days of parcel arrival.

Because each piece is made-to-order, please review our comprehensive sizing chart prior to purchasing. If your item does not fit as expected, contact our customer support team within 14 days and we will assist with an exchange credit or subsidized replacement.
