We stand behind the craftsmanship of every KALBO garment. If your item exhibits any manufacturing defect, stitching flaw, embroidery error, or is damaged during transit, notify us within 30 days of receipt at order@wnarkalbo.com with photos of the issue. We will dispatch an expedited replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.
Every KALBO garment is embroidered and assembled specifically upon order placement through our automated Printful fulfillment network. Because each piece is produced on-demand to eliminate landfill waste, please review our sizing chart carefully prior to ordering.
All orders include end-to-end tracking provided immediately upon carrier handoff. Standard international delivery takes between 4 and 10 business days depending on destination. Shipments within North America and the EU include all duties and taxes; select international locations may be subject to local import regulations.
KALBO respects your privacy. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. All payment transactions are encrypted using AES-256 SSL encryption processed through Stripe or PayPal.
