Shipping
We ship to destinations available during checkout with tracked international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed before you submit your order. Estimated delivery times depend on destination country and product availability.
Preorder Items
Products marked as preorder items (such as the KALBO NO. 001 Pretty Kalbo Varsity Jacket) are not immediately available for dispatch. The expected dispatch date or period is stated on the product page (First Edition expected dispatch: Late November 2026). If an order contains products with different availability dates, items may ship separately.
International Orders
Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout. These charges are not controlled by KALBO.
